The coaching and accountability Reclaim Your Gut Health option is similar. You’ll receive the same 12 modules as downloads, but you’ll work with me by setting up appointments for each module. We will review the information together and, at each session, discuss how you’re feeling and your progress, then move on to the next module. The 12 appointments can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly.
Both are great options. Again, it’s about finding the right fit for you, your goals, your time, and your body.
