A LEADER WHO GETS YOU

Meet Ashley

I’m Ashley, founder of Atlee Wellness. I created this space after spending many years in social work and workforce development, where I supported individuals and families facing real-life challenges. I saw how stress, limited resources, and confusing health information could make it hard for people to care for themselves. Many wanted to feel better and they just needed clear guidance that wasn’t overwhelming.

Alongside this experience, I developed a strong interest in holistic health and wellness, especially in the ways daily habits, stress, sleep, food, and emotions shape how we feel. I studied how small, steady changes can support overall health in a realistic and accessible way.
